ReciMe is a recipe app revolutionizing how cooks organize, plan and shop their recipes. Our smart importing tool enables users to aggregate all their recipes in one platform within seconds - whether those recipes came from an Instagram video, recipe blog or grandma’s recipe box.
We’ve been a Top 10 app in the US App Store’s Food category for months and were recently featured on The Drew Barrymore Show.
Now, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our small team!
Someone who is obsessed with running experiments to improve key product & growth metrics.
You’ll start by owning lifecycle messaging (email, push, and in-app messages) and quickly expand into growth experiments across product and monetization.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Work with the co-founders very closely on designing and executing on experiments end to end.
- Own our lifecycle messaging strategy across push notifications, email, and in-app- targeting the right users at the right moments to drive activation, retention, and conversion.
- Design and run A/B tests on messaging sequences, send times, and content to optimize key metrics across the funnel.
- Build the growth engine. Establish systems for tracking, attribution, campaign ops, and analytics to support scale.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to test and optimize paywalls, pricing, and conversion flows.

- You’re curious, analytical, and hungry to learn - you love digging into user data, spotting patterns, and forming hypotheses.
- Experience in running experiments before is a plus - but not a requirement. What matters most is that you’re a natural with numbers and eager to experiment.
- You’ve worked with data tools before and are excited to get deeper into tools like Amplitude.
- You’re excited by messaging and user psychology - you want to figure out what makes users convert, come back, and fall in love with a product.
