ReciMe is a recipe app revolutionizing how cooks organize, plan and shop their recipes. We’re trusted as the digital cookbook by over 500,000 home cooks every week. Our smart importing tool enables users to aggregate all their recipes in one platform within seconds - whether those recipes came from an Instagram video, recipe blog or grandma’s recipe box. We’ve been a Top 10 app in the US App Store’s Food category for months and were recently featured on The Drew Barrymore Show. We’re profitable, and growing fast - in the last year, our user base has 10x from 500k to 5M users.

We’re now looking for a driven, smart, and creative Product Designer to join the ReciMe team as our first full-time design hire. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the look, feel, and usability of the ReciMe app — setting design foundations that will scale with us as we grow.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Work with the product, engineering and marketing teams to translate ideas into beautiful, functional designs that our users love.
• Take ownership of designs across our app, website, chrome extension, socials etc.
• Own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity visuals.
• Develop and evolve ReciMe’s visual identity and design system across platforms.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing speed and iteration.

💪 What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, specifically in mobile apps.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup and building 0 → 1 products.
• Familiarity with Figma, prototyping and ideally some experience in motion design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual craft.
• Exceptional UI/UX intuition as well as product intuition
